- What softwares is the Midian Prime™ compatible with? The Midian Prime™ is compatible with any software that can interpret MIDI signals. This includes popular music performance software such as Ableton Live, Prime by Loop Community, and Studio One by PreSonus.
- Can I use my Midian Prime™ with my PC, Mac, and iPad? Yes! The Midian Prime™ works with any computer or tablet with Windows, macOS, or iPadOS installed, provided the device has an appropriate USB port available.
- How can I charge my Midian Prime™ transmitter module? The Midian Prime™ transmitter module can be charged by plugging it into any computer, battery pack, or wall adapter using the provided USB-C cable or an equivalent USB cable. The LED indicator light will indicate charging with a solid orange light. When the battery is done charging, the LED indicator light will show a solid green light.
- How often should I charge my Midian Prime™ transmitter module? The Midian Prime™ transmitter module will indicate its battery level on its display. Additionally, when the battery level is low, a red indicator light will replace the white indicator light. You can expect to use the transmitter for approx. 5 hours continuously after a full charge before needing to charge it again.
- My Midian Prime™ transmitter module will not turn on, or it shut off mid-operation. Why? Your Midian Prime™ transmitter module has likely depleted its battery and shut down. Simply plug it into any computer, battery pack, or wall adapter using the provided USB-C cable or an equivalent USB cable. The LED indicator light will indicate charging with a solid orange light. When the battery is done charging, the LED indicator light will show a solid green light. It is recommended that you keep your transmitter module charged, as regularly depleting the battery may affect battery life.
